Refund Policy

Please note that all wedding dress sales are final. Once a dress has been purchased and has left our premises, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

We take great care to ensure that every bride is completely satisfied with her gown before leaving our boutique. Once you have tried on your dress for the final time, confirmed that you are happy with it, and have chosen to take it with you for alterations or any other purpose, the dress is considered collected and the sale is complete.

From that point forward, no refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be offered, regardless of any changes in circumstances.
